Flexibility and strength
Yogalinda is an independent Hot Vinyasa studio certified by the Yoga Alliance. When the course is completed you will hold a 200h certified yoga instructor license and be able to teach Hot Vinyasa, Hot Hatha and regular temperature yoga in studios anywhere in the world.
The teacher training at Green Campus is directed toward anyone who is interested in exploring the essence of yoga and refine their practice both for personal enrichment and for becoming a yoga teacher. The course is very practical, you will have ample time to practice teach and learn how to create your own vinyasa sequences safely. This teacher training follows the standards of Yoga Alliance. When the course is completed you will hold a 200-hour certified yoga instructor license and be able to teach both vinyasa and hatha yoga in any yoga studio in the world.
Heather & Lezanne have been teaching teacher trainings together for over 5 years in Heathers Hot Yoga studio in Barcelona. With over 20 teacher trainings under their belt and over 200 graduates from 50 different countries you will be more then satisfied with their expertise in running vinyasa teacher trainings.
Lezanne and Heather providing a real yin and yang approach to teaching Yoga. Lezanne is often called Mother Earth, her knowledge in philosophy and biomechanics and pretty much any topic of yoga you could think of is astounding. While Heather provides the more practical, business side of teaching yoga as her background before yoga was in sales and marketing. Heather is also a yoga business coach so any questions regarding your future careers she will be happy to help in any way she can.
There are 2 tests. The first is a written theory test. The 2nd is a 60 - 75-minute test where you teach and create your own vinyasa sequence, adjusting students and using props. You will have an opportunity to practice teach your 60min sequence before the final exam.
The teacher training with Heather really left me with the confidence of actually teaching Yoga myself to others. They really prepare you well and give all the essential tools you need for your practice, weather it is teaching Yoga to others or deepen your own practice. I did a 200 hr Yoga teacher training in Kerala, South India, 2 years ago and although it was an amazing personal experience, it didn't leave me with the sensation of actually being prepared to be teaching myself: the yoga-practice (Hatha Yoga) was very repetitive and didn't leave much room for experimenting other asana-sequences whereas at Yogalinda it was very diverse.
Not only did we constantly practice and learn new poses, correct alignment and adjusting but we're also introduced to new styles and techniques through other teachers. Also the philosophy-part was taught to us in a way that not only made it easier to understand but also explained how to apply it in your yoga-practice as a teacher, student and in your daily 'modern' life in general. Even things like Yoga-Business and how to run a studio were taught. Apart from the amazing 'content' of the training itself, the people were incredible, not only the teachers but also the other participants. Made friends for life during these intense but rewarding 4 weeks.

'I have throughly enjoyed my training at Yogalinda. Heather and Lezanne are a fantastic team. They each bring their own personal qualities to the training.'

Proceeds are being donated to the project's charity which is currently raising funds to reforest The Dark Isle in Invernessshire. The film details how their restoration projects have a massive positive effect on the environment and local communities in scotland and how these inspiring restoration models can be applied anywhere...
We will then head back to Green Camp Ellanore to our eco-domes, cosy around the fire by the sea to spend the rest of the weekend wrapping on about these solutions with a program of Yin Yoga, meditation, healthy vegan food, music and other nature based activities led by the amazing Alex Rogers and the rest of The Green Team. Our focus is on being inspired and supported by positive and working nature based solutions and their people and restoring our own mental and physical health.

This feature length Documentary has been a labour of love by Otto and Ludo Brockway for the last 8 or so years. Narrated by our Kate Winslet, the film explores the most important, effective and accessible solutions of our time. We look forwards to exploring this with you, the producer of E2E Mark Galvin and some of the E2E team! We are also grouping the leading functional medical and nutritional scientists on the island, some of our absollute favorite artists, herbalists, nature protectors and healers. Tawai is a word the nomadic hunter gatherers of Borneo use to describe the connection they feel to their forest home. In this dreamy, philosophical and sociological look at life: Bruce Parry (of the BBC's Tribe, Amazon & Arctic) embarks on an immersive odyssey to explore the different ways that humans relate to nature and how this influences the way we create our societies. From the forests of the Amazon and Borneo to the River Ganges and Isle of Skye, Tawai is a quest for reconnection, providing a powerful voice from the heart of the forest itself. Bruce will be present for a Q&A after the film and will be at Green Camp Ellanore all weekend for the forest gardening, meditation, music and other options that weekend.
